Universal Health Network (UHN) and Nevada Preferred Professionals (NPP) DO NOT provide the following:
Please refer to your ID card, human resources department, health benefits plan description or certificate of insurance for your benefits or eligibility questions.
Claims payment:
Medical bills are submitted as listed on your ID card or plan documents. UHN/NPP do not pay claims; however, if your ID card directs you to send claims to UHN/NPP, the claims are repriced with the established provider discounts and sent to the third party administrator (TPA) or insurance company for adjudication and payment of the claim. Please contact your TPA or insurance company for claim payment status.
